We are excited to announce that Rosie Maguire, Council of Hospitality Young Gun 2017 winner, Toque D'Or Professional Chef finalist 2017 and 2016 and one of 4 young 'Chefs of Tomorrow' invited to create a dish at Hispi in 2017 will be hosting 4 pop up restaurant dates at Sanctuary Farm in August 2017.
Using free range pork and lamb from the farm, and veg from the farm garden Rosie will provide a 3 course set menu for just £20 a head ( vegetarian options available).
